As a long time mortgage professional, I recently made the transition over to the banking industry. My career began in 2006 in Las Vegas as a Loan Officer for Countrywide Home Loans. For the past 13 years, I've led branches, divisions, regions, and states. But at the end of the day, my passion is to coach & support people & teams in order to help them to be more productive than they were before I met them.
My core pillars are support, accountability, enthusiasm, and empowerment.
