Bookkeeper (Part Time with opportunity for Full Time)
Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing Company – San Clemente, CA
Reports to: Accounting Manager, CFO, and President
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with managing daily accounting activities and any necessary reports and projects. This role requires a team player with excellent and punctual attendance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Daily Sales Report tracking
- Semi-monthly tracking and reconciliation of credit card transactions for multiple accounts
- Semi-monthly payroll journal entries
- Weekly monitoring of payroll timesheets
- Serve as back up to Administrative Assistant with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Software skills in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
- Knowledge of ECM CBS Northstar, Toast, and RM/NX is a plus
- Experience with inter-company transactional accounting is a plus
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to provide accurate and timely reports

- Ability to proficiently plan, organize, and prioritize various simultaneous projects
